Setting up your connection
Tax Air will come and drop files on the FTP server gateway you configure for them. Thus you will have to align and share with them all the information highlighted below (credentials, in/out folders):
In order to send out content to Tax Air, you will make your files available to them on an FTP Server Gateway OUT:
Configuring your messages
You may be required to send out 997 acknowledgements. Additionally for documents you send them you may request to receive a 997 acknowledgement. You can correlate it with your original messages. In both cases, you should have a look at Babelway's 997 implementation:
