Upcoming adjustment to Enterprise Landing Pages
On November 6th, 2023, we will be implementing a minor adjustment to our Enterprise Landing Pages.
What is Changing?
After November 6th, 2023, we will be removing the capability to raise an email change request directly through our Landing Pages. Going forward, users will be able to request an email change through our dedicated support channel.
This modification is aimed at addressing security concerns related to data privacy. The existing functionality poses a risk, allowing individuals to add two email addresses without proper validation, thereby increasing the potential for account takeover and exposure.
How is this changing?
The below section that facilitates email change requests will be removed from Landing Pages that currently offer this functionality.
Starting November 6th, changes to campaign email recipients can be facilitated through two distinct methods:
- Sellers: Raise a support ticket via the Landing Pages by clicking on the Assistance/Contact Support button.
- Enterprise Users: Request the necessary changes through the SMD update method.
